Our Advocates

Ashley Taylors Legal can arrange attendance at Court from a number of our advocates designated as Solicitor Advocates, Counsel, or qualified lawyers with Higher Rights of Audience.

The remainder of our advocate panel come from a range of diverse legal backgrounds and is made up of Advocates, BPTC (or equivalent) graduates, and experienced paralegals, across the Court Advocacy Industry.

All our advocates are expected to have completed our in-house professional development and assessment courses to be accepted onto the Ashley Taylors Legal Advocacy Services panel as accredited Ashley Taylors Legal Advocates.

As you should expect and demand in your advocacy providers, our advocates are trained and assessed in preparation of cases, client communication, verbal and written advocacy, relevant law and procedures.

All are overseen by in-house Solicitors and are expertly supported by the Advocacy Services team of Advocate Coordinators and Diary Clerk.

On-going reviews and audits of performance are conducted to ensure that our advocates continue to work at the high level in which our clients have come to expect and require. We are always pleased and proud to receive positive feedback from our professional or lay clients for our advocacy performance in Court, the outcomes/results obtained on your behalf, and the client care the advocates provide.
